Do you have an interest in volunteerism, but aren’t sure how to effectively donate your time? Perhaps you’re a retired executive with years of experience in finance or grant writing, or a college student looking to invest their time in a real-world marketing project? The Cranford First Aid Squad wants you!
Although many of our volunteers are interested in patient contact, we’re actively seeking students, working professionals and retirees to assist with fiscal operations, fundraising efforts and leadership positions. As a non-profit organization and volunteer rescue squad, we rely strictly on donations to maintain our operating budget. We depend on our EMS and administrative volunteers to assist the organization in maintaining its long standing tradition of providing free emergency medical services to the local community. Ambulance services save lives, but they don’t come cheap! Without the Cranford First Aid Squad, the community would need to resuscitate their ranks by paying professionals to cover nights and weekend shifts, placing the burden on the tax payers of Cranford.
Whether you’re a concerned tax payer with advertising experience, a non-profit management student looking to build their resume, a stay-at-home parent looking to reintroduce themselves into the workforce, or a seasoned retiree looking to contribute years of industry experience, we want to meet you!
Fill out an application today and we’ll contact you for an interview.
Applications can be mailed or dropped off to the following address:
